This FAQ covers the questions our players from Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all over the Philippines ask most often. Whether you are brand new to phzzz or a returning player who needs a quick answer, the sections below are organised to help you find what you need without having to dig around.
The full accordion FAQ below is grouped into six categories: account and registration, login and security, deposits, withdrawals, games, and responsible gaming. If your question is not answered here, the most reliable next step is to contact phzzz support via the email address in the footer.
A Note on How phzzz Works
phzzz is an online gaming platform built for Philippine players. All transactions happen in Philippine Peso — there are no currency conversions, no hidden exchange rates, and no third-party currencies. Deposits are made via local channels including bank transfers (InstaPay, PESONet) and supported e-wallets. Withdrawals go back to your verified Philippine bank account or nominated e-wallet.
The platform is accessible via desktop browser, mobile browser, and the phzzz app. You can download the app from the Download page. Your account — balance, history, bonuses, game progress — is the same whether you access phzzz on your phone or your laptop.
What You Need Before You Play
To start playing at phzzz, you need a registered account. Registration is free and requires your email address, a Philippine mobile number, your date of birth, and a password. Once your mobile number is verified via OTP, your account is active and you can browse all games right away.
Deposits and real-money play are available immediately after registration. KYC (identity verification) is required before your first withdrawal. For KYC, you will need a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie holding that ID. Common accepted IDs include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, PRC ID, and passport.
Games Available at phzzz
The phzzz game library covers the formats Filipino players enjoy most: slot games ranging from classic three-reel titles to multi-payline video slots, live dealer casino tables including baccarat and blackjack, sports betting across PBA, NBA, international football, volleyball, boxing, and esports, as well as eBingo with live draws. Browse the complete catalogue on the Game Lobby page.
Promotions and Bonuses
Active promotions are listed on the Promotions page. Each offer includes its own terms — eligibility, opt-in requirements, and any applicable wagering conditions. phzzz does not guarantee specific bonus amounts, percentages, or timeframes on this FAQ page; check the Promotions page directly for current, accurate details on any live offer.
