phzzz Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phzzz website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. These terms apply to all activities on the phzzz platform including account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonuses, and withdrawals.

phzzz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use phzzz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are not accessing phzzz from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of phzzz or any of its associated game providers.
• You are opening an account in your own name, for your own personal use, and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion order or restriction applied by phzzz.

phzzz reserves the right to ask for proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one phzzz account. Registering multiple accounts — including under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, and a working Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

phzzz requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or driver's licence), a selfie with your ID, and for larger withdrawal amounts, a proof of address. Accounts that do not complete KYC cannot process withdrawals regardless of their balance.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phzzz account credentials — your registered email address, password, and any OTP codes sent to your mobile number. Do not share your login details with any other person.

All withdrawal requests are protected by OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact phzzz support immediately. phzzz will not be liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to keep your login details secure.

All sessions on phzzz are encrypted using SSL technology. The mobile app supports biometric login on compatible devices as an additional authentication layer.

5 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on phzzz are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, and supported local e-wallets. phzzz does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or third-party payment processors not listed as supported channels.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account is registered in a different name from your phzzz account — are not permitted and will be returned to the source where possible. phzzz is not liable for delays or fees incurred during a return of funds in these circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change without advance notice.

6 Withdrawals

phzzz does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee. Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your phzzz account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be rejected.

phzzz reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing a withdrawal of any amount. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Providing complete and accurate documentation will help resolve any review hold as quickly as possible.

7 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available in the phzzz Game Lobby — including slots, live casino tables, RNG table games, fishing games, and eBingo — operate according to the rules set by the respective game providers. Casino and slot outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel.

Sports betting at phzzz is subject to the odds and market availability determined by phzzz at the time of placing the bet. In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided at any time if the integrity of the event cannot be confirmed. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

phzzz reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical malfunction, game error, or attempts to exploit software vulnerabilities. In such cases, the affected transaction will be reversed and the player notified.

Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. Abusing promotional systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus cancellation, balance forfeiture, and possible account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

phzzz is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible through the account settings panel at any time.

Gaming at phzzz is for entertainment purposes only. phzzz does not guarantee winnings, promise returns, or market gaming as a source of income. All outcomes in casino games and slot titles are determined by certified random processes. Sports betting outcomes depend on actual event results.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Abusing promotions by creating multiple accounts or exploiting bonus terms in bad faith.

phzzz cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory authorities. Accounts identified in connection with prohibited conduct may have their details and transaction records shared with the relevant Philippine authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phzzz platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of phzzz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, or modify any content from phzzz without prior written permission.

The phzzz name and logo are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any form is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

phzzz provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phzzz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, or delays in payment processing.

phzzz's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phzzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date published on this page. Where a change is material, phzzz will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any update to these Terms, you should stop using phzzz and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account, subject to these Terms being satisfied at the time of the request.
